I’m Alexis—a therapist and relationship coach focused on avoidant attachment, breakups, and self-awareness in love.

For years, I thought my avoidant traits were a strength—like a superpower. I stayed in control, never got too close, and avoided pain by keeping people at a distance.
But what I called “independence” was actually fear. It took understanding attachment for everything to finally make sense.

That’s why I do this work.
